How it all started
The story of a great beginning
The company was founded in 2024
Each of us has 4-5 years of commercial experience in product and service companies, participation in complex projects, going through interviews, hiring, and working in teams. This was not theoretical experience, but real market experience - with its requirements, processes, and employer expectations.
Over time, the market became more competitive
Many specialists were stuck at the Junior level or couldn't break into positions they truly deserved.
Even strong developers found it difficult to secure a position they truly deserved.
That's how the idea was born
To create an agency that not only teaches but helps break through in a highly competitive market.
We've gone through dozens of interviews ourselves. We grew from Junior to Middle and understood what employers are really looking for.
At first, we focused on just one direction - Fullstack.
We tested our approach, refined processes, and built a support system for specialists until they received an offer.

During the call:

- we do a brief technical and English check.
It's free and without any obligations.
The most important thing is motivation.
Also important:
- 6+ months of commercial or near-commercial experience,
- English level B2 or above.

The mentoring programme is individual and typically lasts 1 to 4 weeks. On average, receiving an offer takes about 3 more weeks.
If you don't receive an offer within 120 days of completing the mentoring - you can end the collaboration without any issues. There is no risk for you. Additionally, after the first conversation, we can directly connect you with our graduates who have already successfully found employment.
